Windows 8 is complicated and I could just not get around to understanding why METRO IE has the address bar at the bottom whereas Desktop IE is in its 'normal' place. Same goes for the IE9 and above warning messages...before IE9 they used to be top of screen, now they're at the bottom, but Jupiter Support actually made this lack of design easy to navigate through.

Apart from all the complaints, I did get around to actually figuring out how it should be used. I set up Windows 8 on my laptop this weekend. I needed help connecting it to my TV. The agent Alex from Jupiter Support actually showed me how to use a Bluetooth PS3 controller to navigate everything and it worked awesome. This took barely 5 minutes to figure out. I had a major problem trying to determine how to actually start the programs in Windows 8. They removed the Start button from the classic desktop. This is a pain. I could not find the apps on my desktop and Alex from Jupiter support not only showed me how to find my apps but educated me on how to use Windows 8. He was just great. Thanks so much!

I must say that Jupiter Support’s agents helped me while using Windows 8 in a big way. Sometimes, bizarre things were happening for no reason. Many while using an app, if I did something near the top of the screen, the app would shrink down to a tiny window that I could drag. I did not have a clue what this was.
